Tanking LONDON

      The system of filling the tank is normally used in controlling moisture entering the soil retaining walls, usually in basements and underground. The symptoms are generally the same as rising damp, flaking plaster, sponge hand on the wall, the white powder or crystals, which is on the wall, lifting and background colour, but other than the humidity increases, usually around one stop feet above the ground, penetrating moisture can ruin the whole wall from top to bottom.

Why the Tanking system and not injection DPC? 

In soil, retaining walls, numerous vaults and the problem is not that the humidity increases, but omnipresent everywhere, so that DPC would not help because it only controls the flow of water through the capillary wall. The level of humidity and hygroscopic / deliquescent salts suffer much higher than in the walls, rising damp, so the usual way of patching specialist would not have the desired effect.
